Mindfulness Retreat Days

Our retreat days offer much needed emotional nourishment and quietitude  for inward reflection. They are suitable for those new to meditation as well as those with some experience who wish to deepen their practice.


On the other hand, a retreat day is not suitable for people who are currently experiencing very severe or acute psychological or physical problems such as  acute depression, psychosis, recent grief or issues with substance misuse.


When you register for a retreat, you will be asked a series of questions in the application form to help us determine whether or not the retreat is likely to be safe and beneficial for you at this time.
