A Mindful Approach to the Menopause

Are you going though the menopause?

Hot flushes, night sweats, sleep problems, urinary symptoms, irritability, mood swings, memory problems, the list goes on!

Do you recognise these symptoms?

Are you one of the many who suffers in silence? It turns out you are not alone!

A staggering 1.2 billion women will have reached the menopause by 2030!

Thankfully, we are now talking more openly about the menopause.

The menopause, often referred to as ‘the change’, is a part of the normal ageing process which affects all women. It represents the end of their reproductive life.

The menopause presents many challenges for middle-aged women worldwide, often highly productive women who are in the prime of their lives, juggling busy careers and family responsibilities when good quality of life and functional ability is most needed.
