Monthly Mindful Meet-ups

Life has a habit of getting in the way of our best intentions, and this can make it  difficult for us to maintain our mindfulness practice. 


These monthly practice sessions are therefore an opportunity to support your ongoing practice. They will be delivered live online via zoom and are open to anyone who wishes to explore mindfulness as a beginner or deepen and sustain their practice as part of a community.
